When are you eligible for a refund/replacement?
A refund or a replacement will be initiated when you receive a damaged or wrong product. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Requests for refunds & replacements should only be made via email to care@oorla.com and from the email address used to place the order. Requests received from an email address different from the one used to place the order will not be prioritized.
