How do I cancel my order from Oorla.com?

Please write to care@oorla.com to initiate a cancellation. Cancellation requests should be initiated within 3 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received after 3 hours will be charged 50% of the order value, as our makers would have already started preparing the items or we would have started working on the packaging. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
